Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $15 within BC, FREE shipping for orders over $150.

We offer flat rate shipping of $18 within The Prairies, FREE shipping for orders over $150.

We offer flat rate shipping of $20 within Northern and Eastern Canada, FREE shipping for orders over $150.

We offer flat rate shipping of $25 within the USA.

We will do everything we can to ship your order in 1 - 2 business days. You should receive your order within 2 - 10 business days.

All shipments are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Canpar, UPS or Fedex. We will use the method that is most efficient at the time.

Once your order has shipped we will send you an email confirmation and tracking number for your package.

Pick up

If you choose to pick up your order at the store location. Choose the free pick up option at check out. Your order will be ready to pick up the same day or the following business day.

Returns - Online Purchases

We accept returns from online sales within 14 days of purchase for pick up orders or 14 days from delivery date for shipment orders. All returns must be initiated within the 14 day period and are available for refund, store credit or exchange. All shipping costs of returned items are at customer's expense.

All Pre-Loved items are final sale. Unless you live locally, then you have the option to return the item to the shop in person for store credit or exchange within a two week period from purchase date.

Returns - In Store Purchases

We accept returns from in store sales within 14 days of purchase ( or 14 days from receiving a noted gift receipt ) for exchange or store credit only.

There are no returns on any sale items.

We will do our best to accommodate any exchanges and make sure you are happy with your purchase. Thank you for understanding.
