Returns - Online Purchases

All returns must be initiated within the 14 day period and are available for refund, store credit or exchange. All shipping costs of returned items are at customer's expense.

All Pre-Loved items are final sale. Unless you live locally, then you have the option to return the item to the shop in person for store credit or exchange within a two week period from purchase date.
