Most animals have a place they call home. But what do you do when you don’t have a clue where that place is? This is exactly what happened to one helpless little snail who decided to find his perfect home.
What do you think it will look like? Will anyone take him in? The snail learns what kind of dwellings wasps build for themselves, what it is like for the mole to live underground, and which animals build nests. And he finds that perhaps, while looking for a house, he doesn’t have to look very far. All shipments are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Canpar, UPS or Fedex. We will use the method that is most efficient at the time.
Once your order has shipped we will send you an email confirmation and tracking number for your package.
Pick up
If you choose to pick up your order at the store location. Choose the free pick up option at check out. Your order will be ready to pick up the same day or the following business day.
Returns - Online Purchases
We accept returns from online sales within 14 days of purchase for pick up orders or 14 days from delivery date for shipment orders. All returns must be initiated within the 14 day period and are available for refund, store credit or exchange. All shipping costs of returned items are at customer's expense.
All Pre-Loved items are final sale. Unless you live locally, then you have the option to return the item to the shop in person for store credit or exchange within a two week period from purchase date.

We accept returns from in store sales within 14 days of purchase ( or 14 days from receiving a noted gift receipt ) for exchange or store credit only.
There are no returns on any sale items.
